Writing Prompts to Help You Cope With Perfectionism

  • 5. What’s one thing you really want to change about yourself? Would it be possible if you were able to control everything else in your life?
  • 6. Describe the perfect day for you. It could include anything at all. Make sure it includes having fun, doing what makes you happy, being with people who love you and making memories.
