Leadership is a skill that everyone should develop. The ability to lead is essential to success in life. Leaders are able to motivate, inspire, guide, and direct their team members towards achieving goals.

When you journal about being a good leader, think about how you can improve your skills as a leader. What habits do you need to change in order to become more effective as a leader? Consider your answers to this question in the context of your own life.

  • 1. Write about the attributes needed for a successful leader. Include characteristics such as charisma, energy, confidence, assertiveness, tactfulness, knowledge, decisiveness, adaptability, and motivation.
