100 Journal Prompts for Growth Mindset

How often do you write down your goals or dreams? If you want to achieve something big, you should write them down. Writing down your goals helps you stay focused and motivated throughout the day.

Writing down your goals has proven to be effective in achieving them.

Write down your goals every morning. You have no reason not to. Write down what you are going to eat or buy at the grocery store that day. This will help increase your chance of actually following through with it!

You can also use writing down your goals as a reward when you accomplish something great. Once you reach one set goal per week, you can reward yourself by buying something fun.
