  • 1. Write about the things that make you insecure. Why are you feeling this way? Look back to your past childhood and reflect on what happened in your life. Write from experience, not imagination. What made you feel insecure during your childhood? How did it affect your life? Now how does it impact you now?

  • 13. Imagine that you could have any job you wished. Which career path would work out best for you? Would you choose a profession that you enjoy doing or would you pursue something that challenges you? Would you opt for a career that involves traveling or staying home to raise children? Be sure to reflect on all the pros and cons of each option.
  • 14. Think about who you really are. To better understand yourself, try asking yourself the following: Who am I? What are my values? What is my definition of success? If I had no fear, what would I like to say or do? What are my dreams? Whom do I admire? Write down your answers. It might take time to answer these questions honestly. But once you start writing them down, things will begin to come into focus.
  • 15. When was the last time someone made you feel special? Write about this experience and explain the emotions you felt when you experienced this positive feeling.
  • 16. Describe your ideal romantic partner. Then write what qualities your ideal partner should have. What would he/she look like? What age group would be suitable?   • 19. In your opinion, what is the purpose of human existence? What are its goals? What is your role in society? Do you believe that there is such a thing as sin?
  • 20. What does being successful mean to you? How can you achieve it? Is success measured by money, status, popularity, material possessions, education, recognition, etc.? Define success according to whatever criteria means most to you. Try to realize if you are already succeeding. Where do you fall short?
  • 21. What type of person do you want to become in ten years? Explain how you plan to improve yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, relationally and financially. What will you do differently? Share your plans with others.
  • 22. Write about three people (real and fictional) whose lives have encouraged you throughout your life. What did they instill to motivate you?
