How often do you hear someone say something negative about themselves? If you’re anything like me, you probably don’t even notice it anymore. I’ve heard my fair share of negative comments over the years, and I’m sure you have too.

The problem is that these negative thoughts tend to stick around longer than they should. They linger in our minds and affect us negatively.

If you want to change your life, then you need to start changing your thinking. You can’t just sit back and let negative thoughts run rampant through your mind.

You need to take control and stop them from taking root. That means you need to become aware of when those negative thoughts are creeping into your head and make a conscious effort to push them out before they take hold.

It also means that you need to be more aware of how you talk to yourself.

Positive affirmations work because we believe what we say. This is why most people use positive statements in their daily lives; they’re easier to remember.
