230 Affirmations for Anger

Anger is a normal emotion, but sometimes it gets out of control. If you’re feeling angry or frustrated, affirmations might help you calm down.

A positive affirmation is a positive statement that you repeat to yourself over and over. They can be useful tools to help you deal with negative emotions.

The most popular type of affirmation is one called the “law of attraction”, which states that like attracts like.

So if you want something in your life, say an ex-boyfriend back, then you need to start thinking about him more often. Think positively, and he will begin to think positively as well. That can work pretty fast!

If this sounds too simple, try making up your own affirmations. You could write them on Post-its, stick them onto your mirror, or even print them off from the internet.

It’s good to be specific. Say something such as: “I am relaxed in my surroundings”, instead of just saying “calm”. This way, you’ll feel less overwhelmed by whatever situation you find yourself in.
